• Sewing machines and vacuum cleaners.
• Flashlights, PDA’s, irons, toasters, clocks, electronic toys, microwaves, lamps, cameras, and telephones.
• Electric power tools (note: tools should not contain gas or oil).
• Solar lights (note: batteries should be removed).
• Flat-screen computer monitors, CRT computer monitors, flat screen and CRT televisions, projection televisions, and loose bulbs may be processed for a fee of $0/.55 per pound.
•  Projection TVs containing wood or particleboard, TVs that are contained in a wooden casing for a fee of $0.85 per pound

Hard to recycle items refer to things that consist of unusual materials that cannot be processed along with regular recycling. These items include:

• Cell phones.
• Computers and televisions.
• Printer cartridges.
• Alkaline and lithium batteries.
• LED light bulbs and incandescent light bulbs.
• Plastic bags and styrofoam.

Compost can be brought to the site and includes food scraps, non-recyclable paper products, small plants, and flowers.

Finally, reuse items are those things that the County collects and then donates to its partners and include things that are generally not recycled, but can be utilized by various organizations, charities, makers, and even artists.
