Keep it Clean Kansas is one such program. Keep It Clean Kansas is a program that is managed by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment Bureau of Waste Management, which is the division of the state that is responsible for recycling, composting, and household hazardous waste disposal. The mission of the Keep It Clean Kansas program is to educate Kansas residents on how to improve waste reduction and recycling. The goal of the program is that the environmental information and education provided by the division will be used in homes and communities across Kansas.
