• How long can I can rent a bin container unit?
  Usually, customers lease a bin for 7 or 14 day periods. Most residential jobs we have found can be completed in these 2-time spans. However, life doesn’t always go as planned so if you need more time no problem. Just give the office a heads up that you need more time. This way you will not be fined late charges. We take no pleasure in fines. Our goal is to save you money not to nickel and dime you to death.

• Can a container damage my property?
  Highly unlikely but the possibility does exist. But we are confident that we will not harm your property if you follow this simple step. Go to your local lumber yard and buy some wooden blocks. Place these blocks under the wheels of the dumpster and this will do the trick. If you want to play it super safe put the canister unit in the street and all your worries will disappear. Just make sure you check with your local city officials to see if you need a permit.

• What methods of payment do you accept?
  We accept most major credit cards. The following cards that we welcome for payment include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and PayPal. We do not at this time accept cryptocurrencies, money orders or checks.

• How simple is it to order a dumpster?
  Simple as pie. Just give the office a call and tell us when you would like to take delivery and where on your site you would like us to place the dumpster. We would like at least 48 hours advance notice for logistical reasons. However, if you need a bin unit sooner we do have same day delivery in St. Clair Shores. Just call us first thing in the morning. We will do everything we can to accommodate an earlier time frame. For pick ups, please give us 24-hour notice. Again, contact us as soon as you can. For your convenience, you can request pick up online instead of calling the office.

• What can’t I put into a front load unit?
  Just about anything except hazardous waste. The EPA prohibits haulers from hauling these dangerous wastes. And if you do the EPA will levy steep fines. Below you will find a list of some common household hazardous waste:
