How We Determine Our Front Load Unit Rates
Don’t get bamboozled by another company and fail to inquire about how they come up with their rental rates. Protect yourself from being ripped off and demand to know what factors are involved in their pricing model. Easy Dumpster Rental will always tell you how we derive our costs. Four main components which affect a rolloff rental cost:
A) Landfill Cost
The price for disposing waste material and debris at a landfill generally varies from each city, county, and state. Therefore the cost of dumping waste in Eden may be higher or lower than that of Archdale. This comes into play when determining your container rental cost. Easy Dumpster Rental will never, ever charge extra for landfill fees unless you go over the allowed weight or dispose of hazardous materials. It is imperative that you never put hazardous waste into one our dumpsters. It is against EPA regulations and they will penalize you big time if you are caught. If you are not sure if something is hazardous either call your city’s environmental engineer or call us.
B) Debris Type
The category of waste that you intend to dispose of can impact the rental cost of your can unit. Waste disposal companies are required to send debris collected to specific locations and some debris can be disposed of at Archdale recycling facilities at a lower price. Rates for dumping debris are typically lower for materials that can be recycled as opposed to hazardous and non-recyclable materials.
C) Debris Weight
The volume of the waste material that you are disposing of will affect the size of the rental dumpster as well as the dumpster size used by haulers. Typically, there are five common dumpster sizes: 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, 40-yard. There are other available dumpster sizes in between but they are not available in every city. Ask your sales rep about availability. Keep this in mind, the greater the size, the higher the starting cost. Customers very often order larger containers to get peace of mind to fit all the trash and not pay for an extra haul. Don’t make this rookie mistake. Our sales team members will tell you exactly what size bin you will need. There is no reason to spend more money on something you do not need. Our dumpster weight calculator will also ensure that you get the perfect size rolloff.
D) Rental Period
Containers of all sizes usually come with 7-day or 14-day can unit rental periods. However, we know that the best-laid plans can go awry, so if you need more time this is not a problem. Just give us a holler and we will work with you.
