How We Ascertain Our Container Rates

Easy Dumpster Rental wishes we could give rent our dumpsters to you for free but we can’t. I wouldn’t get paid along with a ton of other employees. So we do the next best thing we keep our prices nice and low so we don’t break your bank. We also think it is very important that we are transparent and in how we come up with our leasing prices.
Unlike other rental companies, we just don’t pull prices out of a hat or on the whims of whatever is affecting the CEO that day. We have logic and clarity to our pricing model and it consists of 4 factors. Landfill rates, Debris type, Debris weight, and the Rental period. Below will discuss these components for your edification.

     A) Landfill Cost

The cost for disposing waste material and debris at a landfill generally varies from each city, county, and state. This is a cost that we have absolutely no control over. The landfill sets the rate usually per ton. These rates are typically on the landfills website. One thing you can count on we never add to the landfill prices to take advantage of you financially unless you go over the allocated weight. Also, the cost of dumping waste in Terrell may be higher or lower than that of Waco. Dumpster companies are forbidden by the EPA to haul hazardous waste. And steep fines can be levied against you if you do so. If you have any questions about hazardous waste please contact our office.

      B) Debris Type

The classification of materials that you intend to dispose of can affect the rental cost of your bin unit. Waste disposal companies are required to send debris collected to specific locations and some debris can be disposed of at the nearest recycling centers at a lower price. Rates for dumping debris are typically lower for materials that can be recycled as opposed to hazardous and non-recyclable materials.

      C) Debris Weight

The volume of the waste material that you are disposing of will affect the size of the rental dumpster as well as the container size used by haulers. Generally, there are five common dumpster sizes: 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, 40- cubic yards. There are other available dumpster sizes in between but they are not available in every city. The greater the size, the higher the starting cost. Customers very often order bigger front load units to get peace of mind to fit all the debris and not pay for an extra haul. Do not do this. This strategy is a waste of your money. We have highly skilled sales reps who will be able to tell you exactly what size canister you will need. We have been doing this for over 16 years. Save your money and talk to one of our reps first.

      D) Rental Period

Front load units of all sizes typically come with 7 or 14-day rental periods. However, if you need more time that is no problem Our team will work with you to extend your rental agreement. Just give us a call before the lease period is over to avoid late fees. As you can see we don’t believe in “reading the small print.” This is a rather large font. We are trying to save you money not get rich off you.
