The landfill serves residential and commercial trash from all over the County and other parts of Wyoming with a landfill, composting grounds, and recycling center and also accepts electronic goods. Commercial users may have to pay a fee to access the City of Casper Regional Solid Waste Facility. However, the residence of Casper may bring a range of items to the facility for free processing. Some of these items include the following:

The following items are accepted at the facility free of charge (some items are free to residential customers only):

• Metal items may be brought to the facility and often include things like swing sets, bicycles, filing cabinets, desks, and other metal items. Metal items that are non-CFC, such as ovens, dryers, washers, and water heaters, may also be brought to the facility.

But these items, such as televisions, VCRs, digital cameras, computers, computer monitors, can be brought to the facility to be processed for free for residents and for a fee for businesses.
