Here are 4 main components to our pricing model:

A) Landfill Cost

The cost for getting rid of debris at a landfill generally varies between each city, county, and state. Hence, the cost of dumping waste in Midland may be higher or lower than that of Durham. This comes into play when determining your rolloff rental rate. Easy Dumpster Rental will never charge extra for landfill fees unless you go over the allowed weight or dispose of hazardous materials. And speaking of hazardous waste, it is against EPA regs for us to haul this dangerous material. So it would behoove you not to put this material into our rolloffs.

B) Debris Type

The type of waste that you intend to dispose of can affect the rental cost of your open top rollaway. Rates for dumping debris are typically lower for materials that can be recycled as opposed to hazardous and non-recyclable materials.

C) Debris Weight

Typically, there are five common container sizes: 10-yard, 15-yard, 20-yard, 30-yard, 40-yard. There are other available bin sizes in between but they are not available in every city. Customers very often order larger front load units to get peace of mind to fit all the trash and not pay for an extra haul. Don’t do this, you will be wasting money. D) Lease Period

Rolloffs of all sizes typically come with a 7 or 14 day rental periods. If you are going to need more time this is not a problem. Just give the front office a buzz and they will help you with extended your time frame.
