How We Price Our Roll-Off Bins
Having an awareness on we price our rental bins helps promotes good will and gives our customers a feeling that we can be trusted. As mentioned above we offer flat‐rate pricing model. However, there are different factors that play a role in our cost structure. There are 4 main components that comprise our costs; landfill fees, type of debris, the amount of debris, and rental periods.
Below are main factors that impact the cost of a container bin:
- A) Landfill Cost
Every city and county will have different prices for hauling away waste material and debris to a landfill. Therefore the cost for dumping waste in Brookline may be higher or lower than in say Somerville. This factor will impact your dumpster rental cost.
However, Easy Dumpster Rental promises it will never charge extra for landfill fees unless you go over the allowed weight or dispose of hazardous materials. Disposing of hazardous materials is against the law and an offender can receive steep fines for doing so. The EPA frowns on this and specialized forms of transportation must be used.
- B) Debris Type
The rental cost of your dumpster will be determined by the type of waste or debris that you are disposing of. Waste disposal companies are required to send debris collected to specific locations. Some landfill accepts recyclables and construction and demolition materials, others may not. Typically, recyclables can be disposed at a lower cost point. Non-recyclable materials tend to cost a bit more.
- C) Debris Weight
Typically dumpsters come in four sizes: 10, 20, 30, or 40 yards cubic yards. A 30-yard front loader is going to cost more than a 20-yard bin. With that said, your landfill rate will be determined by the dumpster size you need. There are rolloff bins that fall in between the sizes mentioned above, but they are not available in all cities.
Because we have a simple to use rolloff can calculator, we take the guess work out of the rolloff container size you will need. Thus saving you money. Some customers tend to get a larger dumpster to play it safe. But there is no reason to pay extra for a bin you don’t need. Bear in mind that our sales team is highly experienced in asking you the right questions to get you the right roll off size for your particular job.
- D) Rental Period
The rental period is either a 7 or 14 day periods. We do know that sometimes jobs take longer than expected so don’t worry. You can keep the canister for as long as you need it. But please call us before the rental period is set to expire to avoid late fees. We are very flexible and our friendly sales team will do everything they can so you have an ideal experience with us. Thank you for choosing Easy Dumpster Rental, where everything is “EASY”
