• Landfill pricing: Every city and county in Rhode Island charges different fees for disposing of solid waste and debris. For example, the city of Lincoln may have higher or lower prices than East Providence. This is a contributing factor in determining your container rental fees. Please note that we never add extra costs for landfill fees unless you exceed the allocated weight or attempt to dispose of hazardous waste. • Debris categories: The type of waste you wish to dispose of can affect the price of your bin rental. We are required to send certain waste to specified facilities. Some landfills accept any type of waste, while others only accept certain materials. For example, one landfill may only take solid waste, while another may only accept construction and demolition materials. Others may take any kind of waste, including recycled materials. So, depending on the flexibility of the landfill in your area, the costs may be higher if more trips are needed to dispose of your materials.
• Debris weight: Every roll-off we rent has a different volume capacity. Therefore, the materials you are dumping can affect the rental cost. Easy Dumpster Rental offers four container sizes: 10, 20, 30, and 40 cubic yards. Of course, other bin sizes are available, but they are not available in every city. If you need a smaller roll-off, simply check with our sales agents. A general rule of thumb is that the larger the bin size, the higher the starting cost. • Rental period: Rental periods are typically seven or fourteen days. We have found that most residential jobs can be completed within this time frame. However, if you realize that you need more time, please contact our office before your lease ends.
